This is where it all began. Our original Nasi Ayam Taliwang, the dish that defined us in 2018, built on bold flavours and honest fire. A huge quarter chicken, marinated in spices, then bakar slowly over open flame until smoky, juicy, and deeply aromatic. Finished with our signature Sambal Taliwang fiery, savoury, and unforgettable served with simple white rice to let the chicken shine.
