A familiar favourite with a richer twist. Our Ayam Bakar, grilled slowly over fire until smoky and tender, is finished with our Sambal Kicap Taliwang sweet, savoury, garlicky, and lightly spicy. Served alongside Lerrmak’s fragrant coconut nasi lemak rice, this dish brings warmth, depth, and comfort in every bite.

Inspired by our Ayam Taliwang heritage (2018–2020) and fused with Lerrmak’s signature nasi lemak, this plate balances charred aromas, sticky kicap glaze, and creamy coconut rice perfectly.
